VA Brain Tumor Walk & Race - Team LeeStrong
Family and Friends,
As many of you know, our Dad, Robert "Lee" Stephens, Jr., passed away on August 11, 2017 after a courageous two-year battle with glioblastoma brain cancer. We miss him every single day but are doing all that we can to make him as proud of us as we are of him.
We will be back on November 3rd with our 7th annual Virginia Brain Tumor Walk and Race! This year's NBTS event will bring together the entire Commonwealth of Virginia community to support innovative research initiatives specifically for brain tumor patients and their families.
The mission remains as important as ever and our success relies on the dedication and enthusiasm of individuals, families, teams, volunteers, sponsors, and donors. National Brain Tumor Society is fiercely committed to finding a cure for brain tumors. They are aggressively driving strategic research and advocating for public policies that meet the critical needs of the brain tumor community. Your support ensures this important work will continue. A big thanks to all.
