Welcome to DEAN'S DREAM TEAM!  Our team will be participating in the Virginia Brain Tumor Walk & Race for the benefit of the National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS).  We formed the team in 2018 shortly after our dear friend Dean Jarrett was diagnosed with a glioblastoma (GBM). Just 16 months later, in December 2019, we lost Dean to this terrible disease.

On that day, we lost the closest thing we had to a real-life version of Peter Pan, Ferris Beuller and Forrest Gump, all rolled into one person. In his memory and with his spirit of helping others, please join me as we raise money in an attempt to end this insidious disease for those in the future.

The National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS) is in the fight against brain cancer and is fiercely committed to finding better treatments and ultimately a cure, for people living with a brain tumor today and anyone who will be diagnosed tomorrow.

The Virginia Brain Tumor Walk & Race will be held on Sunday, November 3rd at Bryan Park in Richmond. Note that this is a new time and place. If you can’t join us in person, please consider donating to the NBTS in Dean's memory.
