Welcome to My Personal Page
As many of you know, I am a brain cancer survivor. I was diagnosed and treated for an adult medulloblastoma in 2001. After a 10 and a half hour surgery, radiation to my whole brain, and nearly a year and a half of chemotherapy, I am fortunate and blessed to say I am able to send this link to you today. I continue to be a part of this event every year to raise funds to help save lives and support the patients and families affected by this illness. Please help with not only the incredible research being done but also the support, education and advocacy. Advocacy is not only critical for all cancer patients but their family members and caregivers as well.
I am passionate about this cause. I need your help in this fight. National Brain Tumor Society will not rest until a cure exists - but more needs to be done. Please join in my effort! Thanks for your support. #NorthernCaliforniaBrainTumorWalk
If you would like to join me for the walk, I would be honored.
The walk is at the SF Zoo again this year. It's amazing since it's early in the day when many of the animals are more active. Saturday, June 8th at, 9:00am at the San Francisco Zoo at Sloat and 45th in SF
You can go to the Northern California brain tumor walk site, or the link above and join "Sandra's Team" or create a team of your own. Most importantly, please donate if you are able.
Persistence, Patience, Prayer, Peace, Perserverence
Love and Hugs, Sandra
