On May 15th, my family is riding in the National Brain Tumor Ride for our friend Lisa Gersten Shapiro, who has been living with a brain tumor for over 20 years. She has personally benefited from the work of the National Brain Tumor Society and inspires us all with her strength and courage. Every spring, Lisa leads a team of riders to raise awareness of and funds for the National Brain Tumor Society’s efforts to find a cure for brain tumors.
