DENVER BRAIN TUMOR RIDE, Sunday, May 19th

Community Ride in Denver, CO: 5-10 mile cruise or 62 mile century ride through Denver. Bike friendly routes to keep everyone safe and moving with a big smile on their face.

We are meeting at Z Cycle Shop (3217 E Colfax Avenue) at 8 AM. The longer ride will roll at 9:15 AM and the shorter ride will roll at 9:30 AM

Announcing the 4th annual Denver Brain Tumor Ride for 2024!

The National Brain Tumor Ride is a national ride that started in New England and aims to raise awareness and funds to support the needs of brain tumor patients and their families.

With the pandemic, the ride went national with virtual and regional offerings. AJ, friends and their main sponsor, Z Cycle shop, we’re happy to host the first Denver ride in 2021 and a had solid turnout that laid a great foundation for a bright future of rides ahead.

We will be offering 2 routes and starting from Z Cycle Shop (now located on Colfax between Adams and Steele). We will have some light snacks and coffee.

There is a cafe next door called Hooked on Colfax if you want something particular.

The shop will also have supplies, gear, snacks and hydration for sell. They are great people who love community and cycles so they should become your bike shop if they aren’t already!

The longer ride will end at St Paul’s Tavern around 2 PM. Bring your family and friend and raise a glass to a great day and a better cause!

This is a great day to bring people together and build community through bikes and a cause. Bring a friend or 5 and come ride!

** Note the Colfax Marathon is going on the same day (road info below) **

The courses run through Denver and Lakewood on May 21st. Road closures are between 6am and 1pm depending on the part of the city.Traveling north/south: I-25 will be open On the east Colorado Blvd will be open, and all roads east of Colorado Blvd. To the west Kipling will be open, and all roads west of Kipling.Traveling east/west: East/west roads south of Colfax are open. East/west roads 26th and above will be open.Road closures are a rolling close and open, and will re-open after the last runner.

We will be ending our ride at St Pauls Tavern! They are welcoming all riders, friends, and family to celebrate.
