Welcome to My Personal Page
This Halloween, I will be 13 years tumor free. I had a fairly common type of brain tumor, but there is still no cure or definitive cause for it. I have even been told there is a 50/50 chance it could reoccur. Still, I am a lucky one. Others are still fighting and still looking for a positive future.
Unfortunately, every year my Brain Tumor circle gets bigger. This year I will be walking for a cousin's brother. John is 60 years old and has spent this past year fighting gioblastoma brain cancer. John is a quinticential New England sports fan. He has had to stop working as an electrician and rely on his family for his care. His brother Kevin has been his constant companion through his chemo and clinical trials. John still has a long haul and fights for his life every day. I am raising him up as my reason for walking this year. Please join me by walking with me or donating to this cause that is so important to me and my family. I will be joining my team and teams from all over New England and will be walking on October 20.
I am uniting with others to make a difference in the fight against brain tumors. I am passionate about this cause so I am taking action!
National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS) is a putting the search for a cure into overdrive. Progress is being made, but there is so much more to be done. Please support my efforts!
