Team DeeDee
For the 12th year, Team DeeDee will be walking! Wear your leopard print and walk with us - it's a beautiful walk and a wonderful event.
We are walking to fight brain cancer in loving memory of our beloved DeeDee, who fought glioblastoma for 2 and a half years. We support the Brain Tumor Society because throughout this battle, we learned that brain cancer is impossibly complex and devastatingly underfunded. We hope to raise awareness around this cruel disease with no known cause, and contribute to the funds to help the research to erradicate brain tumors entirely.
We love you so much, DeeDee, and we will never stop walking until there is a cure. You are our inspiration and our strength, and always will be. We love you and miss you more than we can ever find the words to say.
