New England Brain Tumor Walk

Team Tricia

The 2024 New England Brain Tumor Walk will take place on Sunday, October 20th at Carsons Beach in Dorchester.  All proceeds allow the National Brain Tumor Society to advance research and raise awareness and funds to support the needs of patients with brain tumors and their families.  They aim to improve the availability of new and better treatments and fuel the discovery of a cure for brain tumors.

Together, over the last 12 years, "Team Tricia" has raised over $40,000 toward brain tumor research and in memory of Tricia Maney.  Tricia was diagnosed with an inoperable (GBM) glioblastoma in July of 2012 and tragically lost her battle four months later on November 11, 2012.  Tricia was a remarkable person and friend with an incredibly generous heart.  She loved people!!  She brought people together with her work as a recruiter and also throughout her personal life with her family and friends.  Tricia will always be in our hearts ❤

Please help me support all who are currently suffering and those who have lost loved ones due to this horrible disease by supporting the National Brain Tumor Society and joining us for an inspiring day of honor, remembrance, and unity for Tricia and hope for all those who have been impacted by this disease.

I also walk in memory and honor of my father, Paul Sullivan, who courageously fought and lost his battle on February 26, 2017 ❤

As always, thank you for your support, and hope to see you there!

Maureen
