I am uniting with friends, family, & peers to make a difference in the fight against brain tumors, specifically GBM (Glioblastoma). I am passionate about this cause and am taking action in honor of my Mama Peggy (Margaret Smart) - a wonderful woman who was such an inspiration to so many and left an everlasting impact on my life & in my heart.

My family and I come together annually through the National Brain Tumor Society's Charlotte event to not only commemorate our loss, but to raise money in the hopes of saving other families afflicted by this rare cancer the pain of having to say goodbye to their loved ones. However, we need your assistance in this search for a cure, as even though National Brain Tumor Society will not rest until one exists - unfortunately more needs to be done to support and fund GBM research/awareness.
