Welcome to Brita's Page
Brain cancer has touched the Long family twice. Our family will never be the same.
First my twin brother received a cancer diagnosis in 2012. While surgery successfully removed the brain tumor, he is still dealing with the long-term side effects.
Then my mother received a different cancer diagnosis in 2014. Even with surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy, she died on July 13, 2015.
I've set my fundraising goal for $50 for each year Harry has survived cancer, for a total of $550.
Will you join me in celebrating Harry's 11 years of survivorship and remembering our beloved mother?
Love always,
Brita
