Rachel's Racers
Hi Everyone!
Our beloved daughter, Rachel, supported the National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS) and participated in the annual race/walk for a long time because the cause of curing brain tumors had been important to her. In February of 2021, the event took on an entirely new meaning after she was diagnosed with a brain tumor herself. Thanks to her amazing network of family and friends, Rachel was fortunate enough to help raise over $350,000 for this important cause. In 2021, Rachel endured two brain surgeries, underwent radiation, and was treated with chemotherapy and many other medications. Yet throughout this ordeal, Rachel's attitude remained remarkably upbeat and her spirit was uplifting to everyone around here. Sadly, Rachel passed away on December 11, 2021.
To honor her memory, celebrate her life and continue her legacy, our family will continue to support the NBTS. With your generosity, we can truly try to help find cures and treatments for this devasting disease. Thank you for once again considering supporting our team, Rachel's Racers.
