Brain tumors hit close to home for my family. This year I am walking in honor of my Uncle Ryan, who passed away in 2021. He was always incredibly supportive of my accomplishments and goals, and he was an inspirational example of a man who prioritized family first. He is missed by everyone who had the honor of meeting him. 

I'm inspired to make a difference in the outcomes of brain tumor patients through the fundraising efforts of this year's NBTS 5K, as well as personally contributing to advancement of technology.
