Georgia Brain Tumor Walk & Race

Nancy's Support Squad

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to the team page created in support of my mother Nancy.  She began her fight against a very aggressive Glioblastoma on 9 December 2022.   Two surgeries and an amazing clinical trial later she is still flighting, so we are too.  Prior to her diagnosis, Nancy walked a total of 6 three-day breast cancer walks simply out of the passion she had for being part of finding a cure for that tragic disease.  Now we are going to walk with her to help ensure no one else has to endure the effects of brain cancer.  Back in 1991 my grandfather (her father) lost his battle with Glioblastoma.  I can see how much as changed due to research since then.  My mother has been given many more options and opportunities than her father had available to him, and I hope that walks such as this help to ensure even greater success for cancer treatment in the years to come. Not all days are awesome, but every day that God blesses us with her is one more chance she is given to help change the world.

We are a team of very loving individuals who want to help spread positivity and hope to others.  Please join us as we support my mother in her fight to pave the way for a better future for everyone.

Blessings,

Tiffany Miller
