Anita's Legacy
I don't think a day goes by that I don't think about mom. I miss her everyday, but take solace in knowing that her 18 year battle is over and she is at peace. But it seems lately there are more and more news stories of children with brain tumors - some battling, while others have lost the fight.
Knowing how much these tumors take over a life, the loss in ability to think and even care for oneself, it is all the more important to raise money and awareness.
