On September 7, 2024, I will become a Bar Mitzvah (save the date!). As part of this process, I am doing a mitzvah project where I devote my time to a cause that I believe in. Since I am named for my grandfather, David Luxenberg, who died from brain cancer before I was born, I will be walking in the New York Brain Tumor Walk this fall, on Saturday, September 30, 2023.
