Walking in Memory of Bob Bloomfield
In 2022 the Race for Hope will return to an in person event. The Bloomfield Tumor Tamers first walked for hope in 2015, after brother and uncle Bob Bloomfield was diagnosed with GBM, and the Team has grown each year to encompass family and friends. Bob loved the survivor's walk, and though he passed away in December 2020, he will be with us in spirit. Scientific advances helped him survive years beyond the usual life expectancy, years that were filled with love and life. Now we walk so people who face brain tumors in the future can hear, "We have effective treatments for your disease."
Please join us to help us reach this goal, to connect with Bob's friends and family, and experience the passion and power of the brain tumor community.

A small group gathered at Black Hill Regional Park for a peaceful 5K walk in a place Bob loved, to remember Bob and raise funds for brain cancer research.
I hope to have you as part of our team! Together, we will find a cure for brain tumors.
