Race For Hope DC

Friends of Carol Welsh - Super Survivor

Hello Friends,

Our amazing and courageous daughter, sister, and friend Carol Warren Welsh died on Wednesday, December 29, 2021.  We miss her so much.

May 3, 2000 was the date of Carol's first brain tumor surgery.  Four years later we walked in our first Race for Hope.  And now, twenty years later, it will be the first Race for Hope that we won't be attending - as our nephew Warren is getting married in North Carolina!

As always we really appreciate your support and even though we won't be at the race in DC, I know Elizabeth and I will still wake up at 5:00 and be praying for beautiful weather! And we may even have our own Race for Hope down at Cape Hatteras with Warren's godmother Beth (who was at our first race in 2004 and is now a Survivor herself!) on Sunday morning.

Love, Anne Lyn, Lyn, Elizabeth and Margo
