Welcome to My Personal Page
I'm participating in this race to honor my terrific brother, Todd, who lost his battle to brain cancer in 2009. Even though he succumbed after a brave fight against this ugly disease, he was victorious in death by the grace of God and because he left a wonderful legacy of a life well lived to his family and friends.
I'm also running to honor Roman Lieser, another great and Godly man to whom I owe so much, especially for the gift of his daughter and my wife, Joleen. He succumbed to a brain tumor in 1989 after only six weeks, just hours after hearing that his two daughters had delivered their first babies.
I'd appreciate your support for our team in the Race for Hope - DC, which raises funds to support innovative research initiatives and support services for brain tumor patients and their families. This amazing event relies on the dedication and enthusiasm of individuals, families, teams, volunteers, sponsors and donors. Thank you for your support in helping us find a cure for brain tumors!
National Brain Tumor Society is fiercely committed to finding a cure for brain tumors. They are aggressively driving strategic research; advocating for public policies that meet the critical needs of the brain tumor community; and providing comprehensive patient, family and caregiver resources. Your support ensures this important work will continue.
