The Race for Hope - DC presented by Cassidy Turley raises funds to support innovative research initiatives and support services for brain tumor patients and their families. This amazing event relies on the dedication and enthusiasm of individuals, families, teams, volunteers, sponsors and donors. Thank you for your support in helping us find a cure for brain tumors!

Emma and I will be participating virtually in the Race for Hope-DC, this year
on Sunday, May 1. We will be walking in the neighborhood and thinking of our dear friend, Sheldon Berman, as we pass by his house.  Sheldon died of brain cancer in 2012, and we think of him often, especially when we hear or read something that he was interested in. At times like that we say to each other, “Sheldon would
have liked that.” Over the years, Sheldon’s team has raised more than 
$120,000. We hope you will support our effort this year by donating to the team, Sheldon's Shtiebel, or to any of the team members.
