As many of you know, my brother, Eric, passed away from GBM in December of 2019. I know everyone has been dealt a tough hand these past 18ish months and most of us are grieving in some way. Life is hard and unfair sometimes and not a day goes by that I don’t think about Eric. I’m not sure that will ever change and I’m ok with that but I miss his voice, his advice, how he could break down any problem, and his easy-going and always there to help personality.


I decided that the best way to honor Eric is to use my time, and maybe some talent, to help others still going through it so I joined the National Brain Tumor Society's Race for Hope planning committee and put together a team.


Please join my team, Walking for a Wahoo. You can walk with me on 5/1 in DC or from the comfort of your own community streets. My team is open to all and I’m hoping it’s a day where we can encourage each other and just focus on loving our friends and family while acknowledging that loss is never easy no matter where you are on the process.


Everyone who registers will receive a team T-shirt designed by me and D.
