Welcome to My Personal Page
The Goalkeepers for Greg will be participating our tenth Race for Hope this year! It always warms my heart to join family and friends for this incredibly inspiring event where thousands of people walk or run to raise money for brain tumor research. Many come in support of a loved one, but sadly, far too many come in memory of a loved one. I lost my beloved husband Greg to glioblastoma (GBM) nine years ago. (The team was formed just 3 months after he died.) Each year, I run to honor the memory of Greg, and countless others whose lives have been cut short by brain tumors. In 2022, my sister-in-law Kathy Denkler was taken by the same deadly disease.
I also run for those whose are living with brain tumors, and their family members and caregivers.
The National Brain Tumor Society is making great strides, but so much more needs to be done. Please join the GoalKeepers for Greg and the Race for Hope community in making a difference!
National Brain Tumor Society is fiercely committed to finding a cure for brain tumors. They are aggressively driving strategic research; advocating for public policies that meet the critical needs of the brain tumor community; and providing comprehensive patient, family and caregiver resources. Your support ensures this important work will continue.
