Welcome to My Personal Page
My husband, Bob Bloomfield, passed away in December 2020 from a GBM brain tumor. Scientific advances helped him survive years beyond the usual life expectancy, years that were filled with love and life.
While Bob's last walk was in 2020, I know I will still feel that sense of affirmation as we walk in his memory, especially after two years of virtual walks. The Race for Hope DC is a fun, inspirational and family friendly event that supports the National Brain Tumor Society in its quest to find a cure for brain tumors. I believe in their mission - won’t you join me and the 8,000 runners and walkers expected to participate?
