My family and I are reuniting once again for the Race for Hope in Washington, D.C. We hope to make a difference in the fight against brain tumors. We sadly lost two family members to this horrible disease - my mother Michele and my cousin Reshma. My mother was a strong New Yorker with a golden heart, an avid traveler, a doting mother and grandmother, and a lover of all things Beatles. Reshma had a knack for the performing arts, loved learning about new cultures, and was a brilliant artist with an interest in Japanese Anime. Two people whose short time in our world made a huge impact on anyone that met them.

We are reminded of our loss everyday, but we remain passionate about finding a cure in their name. We are taking action and need your help. National Brain Tumor Society and Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure are making strides for a cure - but more needs to be done. Please join in my effort!
