Welcome to Our Page in Memory of Linda Berey Hurst
In 2016, we lost an incredible person due to a brain tumor. Linda Berey Hurst was my mother in law who inspired me to take chances and look for opportunities to celebrate. She saw the beauty and the miracle of life and lived by example. She loved being a Bubbie to Ariel and her many grandchildren. In her memory, Ariel and I running to find a cure for brain tumors and raising money on behalf of Team Chai.
Chai in Hebrew means life and the letters numerically add up to 18, which was Linda's favorite number. Please consider supporting our team by making a donation in a multiple of 18.
I am uniting with others to make a difference in the fight against brain tumors. I am passionate about this cause, so I’m taking action. I need your help in this fight. Please join in our effort!
National Brain Tumor Society is committed to defeating brain tumors and improving the quality of patients’ lives. NBTS unrelentingly invest in, mobilize, and unite the brain tumor community to discover a cure, deliver effective treatments, and advocate for patients and caregivers.
In gratitude,
Penina and Ariel
