Welcome to My Personal Page
Almost 7 years ago, we received the devastating news that my amazing cousin, Kirsten, was diagnosed with a brain tumor. It was shocking! How could this happen to someone so young, vibrant and full of energy? Sadly this awful disease ended her life a year later. Since then I have learned about so many people who have been afflicted with brain tumors.
Kirsten left behind a loving husband, 2 young boys, wonderful parents, relatives and countless friends who all miss her desperately. We are all better for knowing her, but that doesn’t ease the pain of such a tragic and unfair loss.
To honor her memory and fight back against this terrible disease, I have registered to fundraise for the National Brain Tumor Society's (NBTS) Race for Hope-DC because I am passionate about the NBTS mission to conquer and cure brain tumors — once and for all. NBTS needs your support. Supporting this mission is more critical than ever. No donation is too small. With your help, we can make a difference in the lives of those living with a brain tumor. Thank you for your support and please consider tuning in as we honor this community on May 7th.
