Welcome to My Personal Page
Walking for my son, Eric, who I lost to GBM in December of 2019. To many people, Eric was the smartest guy they knew and while I was always so proud of him for his accomplishments, what meant the most to me was that he was kind. He was always there for his friends and family. I like to think that Eric’s drive for success came from him seeing me and his dad work hard, and sometimes struggle, to make ends meet. As a child, he always wanted to take that burden away from us and as a man, he did that for his family.
If you’ve ever lost a child, you know it's the worst pain and you forever think about him/her when you see birds, butterflies, and feel the warmth of the sun.
I am looking forward to walking with everyone on 5/1, praying for a cure and for those still fighting, and sending love to all the survivors, families, caregivers, and friends of those affected by brain tumors.
