I have registered to fundraise for the National Brain Tumor Society's (NBTS) Race for Hope-DC because I am passionate about the NBTS mission to conquer and cure brain tumors — once and for all. My dear friend Kate Warner died of a very rare and aggressive form of brain cancer in December 2021. I walk to honor her and in hopes that we will one day find a cure.
