The KevinSTRONG Foundation was founded by unwavering supporters of our forever loved, Kevin McKay. We are committed to defeating brain tumors and improving the quality of life for patients, caregivers, and all those affected by brain tumors. For Kevin, and so many others devastated by brain tumors, we were inspired to find a cure. Upon the initial diagnosis of a rare brain cancer type, Anaplastic Astrocytoma stage 3 in 2016, which left little to no treatment options available, Kevin was thrust into the world of a stage 4 patient. Despite the grim prognosis within a year, he bravely faced the progression to stage 4 Glioblastoma with unwavering determination. His fighting spirit, positivity, and relentless will to survive shone brighter with each passing day. Exhausting every possible option on earth that he could qualify for, we persistently received heart-wrenching updates.
