TK's Rays of Hope
At the age of 16, my daughter, Taylor Kathryn Duff, known to her friends as TK was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive brain tumor called DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma) for which there is no cure. After a courageous 10 month battle TK passed away on January 7, 2013. TK attended C. Milton Wright High School and her kind heart and perpetual smile will be missed by all. She touched the lives of everyone who met her and is remembered as the angel she was always meant to be.
On May 1st TK’s friends and family will be participating in the 2022 Race for Hope in Washington DC. The Race for Hope is a fun and inspirational event and supports the National Brain Tumor Society in their quest to find a cure for brain tumors.
