As you all know, Sanford lost his battle with Brain Cancer on May 21,2017. 

He fought his GBM just like he did every time he got on the mound...up to the last strike. 

During his fight, Sanford always said that no matter what happened, he wanted his Drs to find something in him that could help save someone else and that when it was over, he wanted me to carry on that fight. 

So this is it...

I am joining the National Brain Tumor Society in the fight against his horrific disease.

As you all know I am extremely passionate about this cause.

I will not rest until a cure exists. I am taking action, but more needs to be done and I need your help.
