Virginia Brain Tumor Walk & Race

Team LeeStrong,

As many of you know, our Dad, Robert "Lee" Stephens, Jr., passed away on August 11, 2017 after a courageous two-year battle with glioblastoma brain cancer. We miss him every single day but are doing all that we can to make him as proud of us as we are of him.

Our 5th annual Virginia Brain Tumor Walk and Race will be back in-person on Saturday, November 5th, 2022! This year's NBTS event will bring together the entire Commonwealth of Virginia community to support innovative research initiatives specifically for brain tumor patients and their families. After raising a record-breaking $600K in 2018-19, we were forced to go virtual during Covid, so we're excited for a great turnout at The Diamond.

The mission remains as important as ever and our success relies on the dedication and enthusiasm of individuals, families, teams, volunteers, sponsors, and donors. A big thanks to all.

The Stephens
