Welcome to My Personal Page
This is the 10th year the Fans of Jan team will be participating in the Race for Hope - Philadelphia. To date, we have raised almost $48,000 for the National Brain Tumor Society. We race in memory of Jan Malone who passed away from Glioblastoma Multiforme in December 2007 at the age of 53 after a courageous six-month battle with the disease. Jan's family and friends participate in the race to honor Jan and continue her battle against brain tumors. Our hope is that a cure can be found for brain tumors so others will not have to endure this horrific disease like Jan did. She would want us to keep fighting and helping others affected by brain tumors.
Please consider either joining our team in Philadelphia on Saturday, October 7th or making a donation. All proceeds raised will fund innovative research initiatives and support services for brain tumor patients and their families. Thank you for your support.
National Brain Tumor Society is fiercely committed to finding a cure for brain tumors. They are aggressively driving strategic research; advocating for public policies that meet the critical needs of the brain tumor community; and providing comprehensive patient, family and caregiver resources. Your support ensures this important work will continue.
