Hello! My name is Anastasia! And I wanted to share my story with you. March of 2019, I was on vacation with my family, and I had a seizer at the dinner table. Little did i know that something that lasted less than a minute would save my life but also change it forever. A month later I had my first brain surgery. Six weeks later after many tests, we got the diagnoses that no one ever want to hear. I knew i had no other choice but to fight! I was 29 married and my daughter was 2 at the time. I did 6 weeks of radiation and chemotherapy together, and then 6 months of maintenance chemotherapy. Fast forward to almost 2 years, I had my second brain surgery June 2022. i am now on a targeted therapy chemo. My family and i are thankful for my surgeon and all my doctors that have helped us through this, and still fighting to find a cure!
