Welcome to Bames' Buddies for the Brain Tumor 5K Race! I would be thrilled for you to join our team for the National Brain Tumor Society (NBTS) Race for Hope 5K on October 14th, 2023

I was lucky enough to discover the NBTS a few years after being diagnosed with an Oligodendroglioma Type II brain tumor in 2016. Each year, I look forward to doing this event and am elated to take part again! My motivation to join this event stems from my personal experience battling a brain tumor.

For those unable to join, any donation big or small helps the NBTS mission to conquer and cure brain tumors through innovative and transformative research, as well as to provide hope for loved ones and individuals battling multiple forms of brain tumors.

Whether your a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or a dedicated walker, this race welcomes participants of all levels, fostering an inclusive and supportive atmosphere. How could you not join? It's a no-brainer (ba dum tss)
